We are hiring a Project Manager in our Planning and Economic Development Department! 

This hybrid position will assist with day-to-day functions of the City’s business support group on the economic development team. This position will engage with businesses and external partners to understand their needs and challenges while also supporting existing City programs and efforts related to businesses in the City of Saint Paul. This role will work closely with senior project managers and planners in PED as well as other departments in the City.

Responsibilities:
•Business outreach including coordination with external partners on ongoing outreach efforts
•Management of City’s business intake and welcome process
•Coordinate across City departments on items related to business development, attraction, and support
•Assistance with data management and analysis on business trends and feedback
•General project management and support
•Support of the City’s business navigation and support work
•Contract management
